Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the U.S and limited international destinations. We will extend eligibility to other international locations very soon.

Domestic Shipping within the U.S.: Please refer to the timeline and rate provided on the shipping method that you have chosen. There will be an additional processing time to 48 hours with every order. We will provide you with the tracking number on your package once shipped, as applicable.

International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to limited international destinations. If there are any customs or import duties to be charged in destination country, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We have no control and are unable to estimate the charges as custom policies and import duties differ widely.

The customer takes full liability for all charges including postal charges, shipment return costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes. We also cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the purchased goods with proof of purchase.The item(s) must be unused and in original condition. 

Domestic Returns from within the U.S.:
Shipping fees shall not be refunded. We do not provide store credit but will credit your payment account used during the purchase after the goods are received.

International Returns: International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier.

For both domestic and international returns, refer to the instructions listed below:

  • Ensure your return is well packaged.
  • Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you a notification once your return is processed and quality checked. Once approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
There is some processing time associated before a refund is posted. Please refer to you bank account to check the refund amount. If you have not received your refund,  contact us via our Contact Us page.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item contact us via our Contact Us page.
